The goal of covid19ViewerShiny is to monitor global covid-19 cases and deaths, and it can compare the covid-19 cases in different countries. The package contains map information — thus, it would take some time when you run it at beginning or you change date input in Map tab of the app.

Installation

You can install the released version of covid19ViewerShiny from GitHub with:

This is a basic example which shows you how the dataset covid contained in the package looks like:

covid dataset is downloaded from WHO Coronavirus Disease Dashboard.

Run covid19ViewerShiny

After installing the package, type launch_app() in the console to run the covid19ViewerShiny Shiny app.
